Shipping Methods and Costs
We use FedEx Ground for shipping all orders in the continental United States.
Standard Ground: Shipping occurs 4 to 7 business days after order processing.
Expedited: Expedited shipping is via FedEx Express. Shipping occurs 2 to 3 business days after order processing.

Elise Hope will gladly authorize returns of UNUSED MERCHANDISE within 30 days of the shipped date of your order. You may request return authorization via email firstname.lastname@example.org. We will email you a prepaid FedEx shipping label to send the merchandise back to us. You may give the package to any FedEx location. Original outbound shipping charges are not refundable and there is a $6.95 per item return fee that covers restocking and shipping back to the warehouse. Returns will be refunded in the original method of payment. Your return request must be made within 30 days of when your order was shipped and we must receive the merchandise back at the warehouse within 15 days of when the authorization was issued. Do not send items back through other means or without obtaining a return authorization as your package may be sent back to you. Merchandise purchased online must be returned to the website. Clearance items may not be returned or exchanged and are not refundable unless the product is damaged or defective. Once your return is checked in at the warehouse, we will email you to let you know it has been received. We then issue the credit on the next business day. From this time, it takes up to 7 business days to show up on your credit card account.
Elise Hope merchandise purchased from other retailers, including department stores, must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased and is subject to the return policy of the originating retailer.
Final Sales: There are no refunds or exchanges for FINAL SALE items.
